In addition to conventional conference services Kaleva Travel offers brief memorable and colourful conference breaks that for a short while take your clients’ minds away from work related topics, and help them to keep their spirits live. The programmes listed below are available in a number of languages, and their contents can be modified to match the particular requirements of your clients. Programmes are presented by professional actors.
1. Art picnic
Duration: from 15 min to 1,5 hour.
Languages: English (other languages on request).
Season: all year. Indoor.
Coffee break with music and painting… Let your thoughts and fantasies fly free. The art picnic is a wonderful opportunity for an imaginative mind to relax. Following the instructions of an artist, the participants can try out their painting skills - this is an artistic experience, a form of entertainment resulting in self-made art.
2. A capella choir
Duration: 4-8 min.
Languages: Estonian, English, Finnish.
Suddenly the choir will stand up from the back seat and start to sing a song. The goal is to begin the meeting / conference with a good mood.
3. Wake-up drums after the break
Duration: 10 min.
Language: English + body-language (other languages on request).
All participants will get different drums and rattles, and they are guided to rhythms, which are cheering and enlivening, and leave an unforgettable impression. Also gives a good example of how powerful is the result, when all participants are working on the same goal and giving their contribution.
4. Waitress with cognac
Language: body-language.
Drinks are served by a waitress, who is also taking a few shots when servicing the customers. Of course, the result is that the waitress is drunk - the question is - why she is acting this way. The situation turns out to be quite a comical one, and in the end people understand that this situation is just a show and not real life.
5. Pantomime
Duration: 5-10 min.
Languages: body-language.
The mime enters to the conference hall and introduces a coffebreak in bodylanguage by imitating, how tired the participants are. So it is obvious to all, that everybody needs a brake with refreshments.
6. Estonian Language class
Duration: 15 min.
Languages: English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Swedish, Spanish.
Humorous presentation about Estonians (culture differences) and quiz.
7. Folk-dancers & Estonian snacks
At the beginning of the coffeebreak, folk-dancers come in with musical insturments and the music starts. Folk dance show. Dancers will take the conference participants by the hand and lead them together to the refreshing coffee. During the coffee break Estonian bread and snacks will be offered.
8. Cleaners are coming!!
Duration: 5 min.
Language: body-language.
During the conference, cleaners are coming in and start their work – cleaning....
9. Samba dancers
Duration: 5-10 min.
Language: Body-language.
Afer a sign, the samba dancers enter, dancing convivially and making rhythm and melody with rattles and other instruments (+music from CD). One of the dancers is carring a platter with a cup of coffee, and all dancers are showing in body-language that all participants are invited outside for a coffeebreak.
10. Surprised landlord or landlady
Duration: 10 min
In the middle of a conferece or ceremonial event, a landlord or landlady enters into the hall acting very surprised. He/she is wearing a nightgown and, of course, is not happy to see that the guests are still at his/her place. The landlord mutters some phrases, makes some small talk and finally wishes all the guests a nice evening and goes back to bed.
11. Future/cast the fortune in an old traditional Estonian way
The participants have the possibility to tell the future/cast the fortune in an old traditional Estonian way, using hot tin and cold water. Our caracter/guide will introduce old beliefs of our ancestris.
12. Psychophysical Exercises
Duration: 5 min.
Language: body language.
Acrobats help conference participants to have an amusing break with exercises after sitting in a chair for a long time.
13. Tallinn’s Key
Duration: 5 min.
Language: English.
Medieval town guard gives the symbolic Tallinn's Key to the participants of conference in order to open the necessary gates and doors.
14. Zorro
Duration: 5 min.
Language: English.
You have to paint Z letter on the flipchart with a sword. Zorro gives you instructions and teach about the technique.
15. Marzipan
Duration: 5 min.
Visitors mix the water, nuts powder and sugar together and make marzipan by themselves.
16. How to do business with Estonians
Duration: 45 min.
Language: English.

We provide an amusing yet entirely informative portrayal of the essential cultural and historical nuances that foreign business persons should know to have successful business relations in the country.
